One skill I wanted to work on was using reflection to learn and see where I may have made mistakes to better myself in the workplace. This has helped my see my growth as I completed my placement hours and see which skills I am lacking and need help.

Attached is a document that covers a medical treatment I had to perform with my supervisors and exhibited that sometimes the best treatment plan can be unclear. A group of us students and my supervisor brainstormed and came up with a plan that we could all achieve to get the horse healthy again.

Attached is a document displaying how I started to take initiative with small tasks during placement. Taking initiative with small tasks during placement helped me gain confidence in my skills and proved to be that doing these tasks with prompt can allow someone else to do a task of theirs that is of a higher importance.
