         <description><![CDATA[<p>Fletcher is in the transition of adopting a new curriculum mapping so align Mandarin and English content. Before the mapping, there was no alignment because of the limit of our curriculum. However, teachers are still waiting to be trained on how to effectively use the mapping. </p>]]></description>

However, not all grade levels are following the decided splitting responsibility. Therefore, 50/50 is not consistent across the grade level.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>We have been using Level Learning to assess students' reading comprehension for several years. This year, we would like to start to use Level Learning writing assessment to assess students' writing skills. So far, we don't have a benchmark test for listening and speaking. Teachers assess students mostly based on class observation.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The teachers use the Level Learning data to give small group instructions and manage paired work. It's very important because our students' Mandarin levels have huge gaps, especially in upper grades.</p>]]></description>
