         <description><![CDATA[<div>Vitamins are important for normal body functions but they are only really needed in small amounts. Many people take vitamin C when they feel sick and they think it makes them feel better but this is only because they are told it will make them feel better. Vitamin C is good but taking massive amounts of it won't make your cold go away any faster. There is also evidence that too much Vitamin D can cause kidney stones.</div>]]></description>
