         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Get enough sleep! Studies show that people who get 7-8 hours of sleep are less likely to feel stressed. A survey conducted by Cambridge, interviewing more than 300 university students. The majority (70%) of students stated that they feel less stressed when they sleep earlier. This findings support the claim as getting enough sleep enables people to get enough rest and regain the energy after a busy day. Having enough energy helps students get through a hard day at school. People who don’t get enough sleep usually get sleepy during lectures and will feel stressed when they fail to cope with the lectures’ pace.<br><br>2) Talk to someone.<br>Talking to your peers or parents about your problems usually relieves anxiety and stress levels</div>]]></description>

Moreover, it will give double the relaxation effect to ease your stress.<br>- It helps to focus on the details to fully remove your mind from the present.<br>- According to Harvard Medical School, meditation and other stress-reduction techniques have been studied as possible treatments for depression and anxiety. One such practice, yoga, has received less attention in the medical literature, though it has become increasingly popular in recent decades. One national survey estimated, for example, that about 7.5% of U.S. adults had tried yoga at least once, and that nearly 4% practiced yoga in the previous year.<br>=&gt; It shows that mediation and practices yoga can reduce stress.<br><br>2) Avoid negative thinking<br>- Stop and count your blessings.
