I was raised into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. My family has been apart of the church for a long time. My parents are very strong in the church. My beliefs, opinions, and the choices I make are influenced by my religion. I believe in loving one another and always forgiveness. I also believe that families are eternal.

I was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii. I am Hawaiian. I come from a culture that has strong beliefs in respect. In other words we call it Aloha. Hawaiian culture is rich with myths, legends involving gods, goddesses, and other supernatural beings. Hawaiian culture is something I practice daily. My culture places a strong emphasis on family, community, and connections to the land. Hawaii and Hawaiian culture is something I hold very dear to my heart.

Softball

I've played softball all my life, ever since I was little. Softball has taken a big role in my life. I've made so many accomplishments playing this sport and I can say I'm proud of myself. Softball was something that I've always had to turn to when I'm feeling bored, feeling any emotion, and it was something I could make myself better as a person. I've been through it all with softball. Going through hardships, bleeding, tears, being mentally drained. Not only bad things but it has made me learn so much about myself and has improved my mental toughness.

Soccer

I've played soccer all my life just like softball. I started at a very young age. I had to come to a decision (after high school) on choosing between softball and soccer. It was a very hard decision because I liked them both very much. They were equal. Instead I chose softball. I will miss playing soccer. Soccer has been there just as much as softball was there for me. Going through rough patches, and hardships. Having tears once in while, getting injured or bleeding. It played a big part in my life. I've made so many forever lasting friendships through soccer. I've learned many things about myself. It has taught me to be mentally strong. It has made me who I am today and I'm thankful for soccer.

I love my home and will always love my home. My home is Maui. Born and raised. There is no place else that has made me feel the way my home feels. There is no place like home. Maui is so beautiful. Basically all my family lives there. The scenery is nice, the people make home feel more like home. Maui is where I want to end up after all my schooling. I would love to move back there. I have so many memories of my childhood there that I cherish the most. Love my Island Home Maui.
