Curry chicken best served with potatoes. There are many things to critically consider when deciding on a diet. The potato meets the good carbohydrate. Certainly, potatoes contain macromolecules, and one of the significant components is starch. Starch is a polymer made up of repeating units of glucose molecules. Potatoes also contain cellulose polymers, which give structure to the potato cell walls. Cellulose is a type of carbohydrate that forms long chains by linking glucose units together.

Hopefully i can gain more knowledges from Dr Tasyriq about this course. I hope I can score this subject successfully. O ther than that, I also love to eat sandwich because sandwich is one of the complete and healthy meals. It is also suitable as food for people who are on a diet hehe and people who do not eat rice. In fact, without realizing it, there are several components of macromolecules in sandwich. For example, sandwich that is made up of ham, lettuce, tomato, bread and butter, the two macromolecules that contained this sandwich are carbohydrates and protein. Carbohydrates provide energy for the body. Can't wait to learn more about this subject! See you soon Dr hehe

Hi everyone.I'm Sarmila and I'm working in dental field at Perak.Recently i had been more conscious with my food intake as i step into my 30s. This is my overnight oats which is packed with macromolecule ; oats, fruits(carbs), nuts ( lipids) and greek yogurt (protein). Looking forward to learn more this year and hopefully excel well for this course.

Assalamualaikum Dr & everyone,

My name is Shafizah from 3rd year student in Biology. Currently stayed and worked in Ipoh. I really loved to study Biology as it was my passion.

Macromolecules are sometimes referred to as polymers which known as"many" units and reflects that macromolecules are made of repeating monomer subunits. Examples of the four biological macromolecules of life are carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids, and proteins. As i love to eat bread thus i choose bread as the sample of carbohydrates found around me. I am looked forward to study more about biochemistry after this. Nice to meet you guys and see you all in the lab session soon.

I am Sebastian, now embarking on my third year in my biology degree with USM as at October 2025. Carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids form the four macromolecules found in nature. In plants, of which I am showing a flowering example of Dillenia suffruticosa in my photograph, carbohydrates play one of the most important roles. Cellulose, which is made up of long polymer chains of glucose, forms the cell wall which is found in all plants. Many aspects of biochemistry are fascinating and challenging at the same time, so I hope we can all master the fundamentals of this subject and score well!
