         <description><![CDATA[<div>~Invert and multiply is another standard algorithm for dividing fractions. Unfortunately it does not show the students how it works. If the students understand why it works first, then the strategy is valid.<br>~If the students do not know how to multiply fractions, then the invert and multiply is a moot point. </div>]]></description>
