Bhutan is a poor developing country that locates in Himalayas. It has unique characteristics such as it’s uniform, democracy and being carbon negative. First, its uniform looks like a giant pocket which can hold various items such as books, tablets and even children. Second, the democracy is imposed by the president in their constitutions because the citizens don’t demand it. One of the special rules included in the democratic constitution is that the president should retire at 65 years old as if he is an employee. Now, we will talk about the most important idea which is being carbon negative. We say that a country is carbon neutral means that it’s production of carbon dioxide is being absorbed by green areas so it’s negative effect doesn’t occur. As forests cover seventy five percent of Bhutan, it’s production of carbon dioxide is less than that absorbed by the green areas. That’s why Bhutan is called a negative carbon country. This merit not only affects Bhutan, but also the whole world as it decreases the carbon dioxide emissions the other countries produce. Consequently, the global warming results like melting of water surfaces which causes floods will be reduced. In addition, there are renewable energy resources in Bhutan such as hydro power generation helps it export electrical power to the other countries, and provide the countryside free electricity then they won’t need to burn any fuel to cook. Finally, we will discuss Bhutan program to save the wild life and environment by preventing hunting and let the animals move freely. Although this program is very expensive, Bhutan wishes that it will be applicable around the world.

the video talks about a small country called Bhutan they have traditional clothes and promise the main promise is to be carbon natural however Bhutan is a small country in between India and China but they do their best to mix between economic growth and gross national happiness which depends on the social development and environmental sustainability and their kind announced that GNH is more important than the gross national product, and however the GDP of Bhutan is less two billion dollars but all citizen guaranteed free school, education, healthcare, medical consultant, medical treatments, and medicine.
The constitution of Bhutan imposes forest to cover them so it constitutes that 60% of the country must be under forest, besides that their kind imposes democracy on them although they did not demand It and their kind retire at the age of 65 and it empowers the people.
In addition to that although most the countries are carbon, Naturel Bhutan is carbon negative and this is why climate changes and this will lead to disaster and although the country doesn’t contribute to it they are affected by climate change however that they still promise to be carbon natural country. And to keep this promise they provide free electricity to rural farms and investing in electric vehicles and clean the entire country and reached that half a country is protected and carbon natural, and every year they pay more to save their country from pollution even that it is so expensive but the kind fund such operations and people starts to donate to fund such world operations and he had a final dream to spread such operations to all countries.

Bhutan is a small country in the Himalayas, sandwiched between two of the most popular countries in the earth china and India. Bhutan is the underdeveloped county, with special national dress but it isn’t only the unique thing about it , it is carbon neutral country.Bhutan has small economy, but the interested about it education is completely free, heath care is also completely free. Also it’s economy is low and they most strengthen it but the economic growth must not come from undermining their unique culture and their pristine environment. It has great thing 72%of the country is under forest cover and its constitution demands that a minimum of 60 percent of Bhutan’s total land shall remain under forest cover. That’s why it is one of the few remaining global biodiversity hotspots in the world and that’s why it’s carbon neutral country. The world is threatened with climate change but it’s carbon neutral country , it generates 2.2 million tons of carbon dioxide but it’s forests sequester more than three times that amount. And They export most of the renewable electricity ,they generate from their fast-flowing river and the clean energy they export would offset something like million tons of carbon dioxide a year, that’s more than what the entire city of New York generates in one year.So inside the country they are a net carbon sink ,outside they are offsetting carbon. It’s reality that the climate changes but Bhutan doesn’t contribute to global warming and it’s fighting climate change and it promised to be carbon neutral country in 2009 but no one noticed, but last December in Paris they reiterated their promise at that time every one cared because they accepted the reality of climate change .And all the countries committed to reduce the greenhouse emissions.Bhutan protected nature and all the world must go in the same way to reduce climate change

Secondly.,this man is talking about your country which named Butan that the world consider not important and ignor it. Althoght it's play a very important role to protect itself and protect the world from the effect of climate change that harm and destroy the environment and cause floods and droughts as well despite the poverty of their country and it's lack of resources.,their kings could takadvantage of their limited resources to progress and develop their country and taking care to the happiness of their people by saying " Gross national happiness is more important than gross national product", so they decided to be remain carbon neutral and export the electricity to the world that they produce from their rivers to reduce carbon dioxide which harms the inviroment and people as well. and he hopes that the world would follow his country in using the clean energy.
