Why should we reduce sitting for long periods of time? how does this make us feel? i.e. bored, lose interest, distracted, frustrated etc. <br><br>2. What activities do you like to participate in to get your bodies moving?<br><br>3. What equipment/ practices do you and your family use/do to ensure that you are safe, i.e. wearing helmets, having brakes on your bike, lights, looking both ways to cross the road, watching out for others. <br><br>Based on these questions as a class we would make a list of the TOP 10 activities the children enjoy doing, (i.e. silent ball, simon says, floss, etc) and randomly select 1 at different times of the day if the teacher can see that children are unsettled. <br><br>We would also create an "I like to move it!
