Each quote was chosen because it pertains to God in His abilities, qualities and actions.

Quote 1 is quite short, but describes what is (from my insight) a human’s christian journey as how “man might become God.” Clearly not meant in a literal way in that man will become God himself, but in that man will become with God.

Quote 2 describes how humans will see themselves as a great sinner when coming close to God and His perfection. The quote then provides an example of the prophet Isaiah.

Quote 3 tells of God’s reason in coming to Earth and teaching. It explains how He becomes available to those who are in need of God.

Quote 1 is extremely common, telling readers how no human is perfect, however no human is without the ability to become better either.

Quote 2 describes the true judgement of character through what they love.
