         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first proper recoded code of law comes from Egypt around 3000 BC, certainly by the time of the fifth dynasty, there were robust legal principles in place, they were guided by the spiritual principle of truth Ma'at which guided the application of justice whether you were highborn and wealthy or someone's servant. In theory, you had received the same justice, the same truth.</div>]]></description>
