First, it is important to consider what is expected of your students. It is then important to use Bloom's Taxonomy to identify the level of learning that students need to demonstrate at the end of the learning experience and select appropriate learning verbs from Bloom's Pyramid. Choose the one that fits the theme or content of your object. Finally, determine your learning requirements. Consistency with the evaluation process must be considered.
