         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients&nbsp;<br>2 red bell peppers<br>2 carrots<br>2 cloves of garlic<br>150g meat<br>2 large onions<br>250g of natural tomato (approximately 1 glass)<br>250 ml of white wine (approximately 200 ml.)<br>100ml extra virgin olive oil<br>1 heaped teaspoon dried oregano (or Herbes de Provence)<br>Recipe<br>Heat water in a large pot. When the water starts to boil add salt to taste. Insert the lasagn sheets , try not to touch each other. Ten minutes later take them out and put them on absorbent paper. Wash very well all vegetables, carrots, garlic, peppers and onions. Cut them into small pieces.&nbsp;<br>In another pot add olive oil with the onion and the garlic. Stir for 15 minutes with the meat.&nbsp;<br>Season the meat and incorporate with vegetables for 5 minutes. Then, We add a&nbsp; glass of natural tomato and the teaspoon of oregano. Stir the meat with the vegetables and remove from the heat, let cool slightly.<br>Finally, preheat the oven at 200º C for 15 minutes</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Ingredients:</strong></div><div><strong><br>2 cups water<br>3 cups rice<br>1 tablespoon ground cinnamon or cinnamon splinter<br>1 liter of milk<br>1 can condensed milk<br>Half a teaspoon of cloves<br>Sugar to taste<br><br></strong>We will cook 3 cups rice 2 cups water, when half-baked we pour 1 liter of milk and a can of condensed milk. We add sugar to taste, it is ideal to add half a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of cloves hope it is the desired point moment, when not completely dry and is cooked rice, remove from heat so it can cool, as soon as it has cooled it is ready for consumption.<strong><br></strong><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ceviche of shrimp<br><br>- shrimp<br>-1 onions<br>- 1 garlic<br>- a cup of sauce<br>- 6 lemon's juice<br>- salt<br>-coriander<br>- pepper<br><br>Step to prepare<br><br>1. Cut the onions, coriander and garlic.<br>2. Mix lemon's juice, garlic, onions and sauce.<br>3. Agree the shrimp to the mix.<br>4. Serve the ceviche and add coriander.<br>5. Refrigerate for a  5 minute.</div>]]></description>
