My project is about the education system in China. At the same time, it is also the education system that I have experienced. When I was a high school student, I often wondered how I could hold so many textbooks in an ordinary schoolbag that I often used. So this project shows that I dumped everything out my school bag. I hope this work reflects a machine learning process that I experienced and led to a deep-rooted problem in China's education system that has affected generations————Should we study for ourselves? Or should we study for "the future of our country and the development of our economy" as the authorities say?

This Project shows a wider purpose of personal difficulty as a woman of a strong religious and cultural background. Its to show the ideas around what it takes to depict a strong woman through representation of a woman’s ability to take a stand for who she is in this dictating world. At the end of this project, I decided to focus my subjects on my two sisters who portrayed their strong views on womanhood and feminism.

The everyday and the ordinary are often ignored, although at night these everyday scenes become more visually pleasing, making the ordinary become interesting, my work explores this shift from day to night through photographing subliminal, solitary spaces in a suburban environment. The images are created using both film and digital way of working with a cinematic aesthetic using complimentary and neon colours to make the images appear more striking. The images give a sense of paranoia and uncertainty expressing how the shift from day to night has a contrasting range of aesthetic and emotions

Creating an image to a target audience to influence and be relatable. I am interested in the small details within a picture/video that makes a great ad. The ability to hint an idea or effect the viewer by coding a message in the picture/video is amusing to me.  I hope this project can ask or answer some questions around the ability of people to think critically. I want people to question themselves and what they see.
