The first amendment is the most important because allows citizens to speak and express their views without concern of retribution against them by the elected government. if we disagree with the elected officials, we are protected and allowed to express that disagreement.

The Amendments is important because provides the framework for our criminal legal system. This amendment  is important because. keeps the government from being able to impose tyranny. Also  gives people the right to protect themselves, without the government being able to take the right away.
