I love how the article discusses giving the students tasks such as having them create graphic organizers which contain accommodating details for every student in the class. This is something I will absolutely try to utilize with my future ESL students.

Is My School UDL Ready?

I have only one question, is our school district UDL ready? I enjoyed this very informative article. I am full of joy knowing that walls, barriers, and obstacles are being broken when it comes to learning. In their school library the UDL concept
drew upon the design of making spaces usable for
all, without marginalizing any group. So that means cultural and language barriers are no longer hinderences.
I also enjoyed the Chrome extension, which can be used by students. When
students do not know how to pronounce a word or
would like to hear the text read to them, they can highlight the
desired text, and the program will read it aloud.
