         <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Jazon and Sangeeta, I have a 16 year old teen, who is going through school refusal, after having suffered a physical injury. It has been a year and a half since he went back to school.  Recently, he was diagnosed with Level 1 autism. Generally, he is a well-spoken teenager, and he speaks respectfully to adults when he is on an even keel. But due to the adverse situations he went through in the last year and a half, he will sometimes display alarming behaviours, and has turned violent before. He is very engaged in online gaming and will hold his device in his hand from the time he wakes up. He is receiving counselling in light of all these.   Having said this, he is participating in Project Bridge to pursue vocational training, whilst he is not going to <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://school.My">school. </a>His mental wellness is very much on my mind, but at the same time, I am concerned for his academic career. <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://school.My">My question is this: </a>What can I do to be mindful of his mental wealth, but also at the same time, get him to understand the importance of continuing his formal education?</p>]]></description>
