The "Children's Rights" project is born of the necessity of making the students aware of their rights, how they were born, who and why. This project gives us the opportunity to compare our children to the difference in living conditions that exist in different parts of the world.
Fables, poems, drawings, videos, songs, solidarity markets, food harvest to be donated to the poor will be the means that will lead us to discover the rights of the little ones.
Comparing with their fellow travelers the child's living habits will be a very interesting thing for them and will broaden their knowledge. 
The aim of the project is to make children aware of their rights to make them better citizens.

The project will begin in September. The first part of the work will be done in class by the pupils, then through the monthly videoconferences will compare the work and exchange ideas.
When pupils have gained more knowledge of the topics, one might expect to create a Kahoot game for all of them, and they will have to respond simultaneously to their tablets or smartphones. 
Teachers will communicate by email, chat or videoconferencing and will decide from time to time the activities to be done.

That's the plan of our work in the project:

The project will last all schooling year, till the end of May.

1) Creating the Logo of the project and posting it to Twinspace and sharing your work at facebook page. Deadline 26th of September.

You can use any WEB2.0 tool to  create the logo. It would be great if your students draw or create the Logo themselves. Don't forget to take photos or make videos of your students during all stages of the project and share them in Twinspaces and in FB if possible.

2) Every month we and our students are going to discuss (study, draw do any creative activity you and your students like) one right of children.  

3) All project members will take part in live events in eTwinning so that we will be able to discuss our work in the project and share our ideas. 

4) To create cooperation between schools during our project and online meetings, it's necessary to divide our children into age(or level) groups in order to give every child a possibility to express himself or herself during video meetings. 

5) Take part in some charity work with your students. You can make donations to UNICEF or you can choose any organisation in your country that helps people who are in need (Red Cross, for example) and contact them to help.

6) Before Christmas time our students are going to exchange Christmas cards or surprises. Don't forget to write your school's address on the Christmas Greetings page.
