<title>I believe that Barnes and Noble will come fairly close to shutting down its physical locations for good by 2020. With so many online retailers selling books and more companies renting books for students, the need for a physical bookstore location is coming close to none. Another store that may be on the brink of extinction is Sears. They have already closed down a significant number of stores and can assume the only products keeping them alive are their appliances but with big home development stores like Home Depot, Lowe&#39;s and other super stores like Walmart, the competition is stiff and not likely to succeed.</title>
