- slap your friend for irritating you - voluntary action at work!

What happens, happens.

Everything happens for a reason, and what’s happened has happened- so stop thinking about all that’s gone wrong, and start focusing on what you can do next, because there’s no use worrying when you can’t change the past.

There is NO way you’re getting it back in the carton or drinking it (unless you lick it off the floor which if you do, then congrats cause you just got a tonne of bacteria!).

This just shows that whatever you’ve done, there’s no use worrying about it, and whatever you do in your worry-glazed frenzy is most likely going to make the situation 100 times worse (what’s the worst that could happen? Give me two minutes and I’ll show you-)

It is WAYYY better to focus on whats next, and work on making changes to things going forth rather than try to go back!!! Do ur best for the future yall, and GL!!
