Open an Exisiting Data Base

*Open other Files

*Open

*Different Tabs where you can open flies like Recent & Computer

* Browse Files

Open: Opens with default access

Open Read-Only: Opens with only viewing ability and not editing ability.

Open Exclusive: Opens so that the data base is only available to you

Open Exclusive Read Only: Opens with only viewing and not edit the database

Use Navigation Pane

*Different Sections in the database that you can access

* click down access to see All Access Objects

* Object tabs shown on the top where all the other tabs are to click on the different database

* Right Click on the Quick Access ToolBar

* Click On " Costomize Quick Access Toolbar

* Show Above the Robbin
