<title>Case managers are not consistently using the ARIC process (some do, some don&#39;t). I am not sure if it is school-specific or not. </title>

<title>The ARIC reflection seems counterintuitive. Why would CC be marking anything other than &quot;anti racist&quot; when they are writing the IEPs using the ARIC criteria. The reflection seems like busy work</title>

<title>The Google Form reflection is time consuming. I wonder if it would be beneficial to ask case managers to focus on one area that they can report on rather than every section of the IEP. </title>

<title>The district needs to invest TIME to bring back REQUIRED IN-PERSON training for CC teachers so they know how to write high-quality, anti-racist, and compliant IEPs. Whether it is during welcome back or PD days, it needs to be a priority if we want teachers to make this a priority. We had systems for this and we need to bring them back NOW. Checklists and rubrics are not enough if we truly want to move the needle.</title>
