      <description>A Pediatrician and healthcare executive, Dr. Reza Sadeghian has broad experience in physician engagement, team building, and telemedicine design and implementation. Since 2019, he has served as the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California. In his strategic planning capacity, he has helped create a technology delivery roadmap and developed procedures and policies to ensure regulatory compliance. Reza Sadeghian MD also serves as an attending physician with Arrowhead Pediatrics Medical Group and as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM).

After earning an MD from St. George&#39;s University, Dr. Sadeghian completed a master of business administration at Auburn University and a master of science in Biomedical Science (National Institute of Health-funded post-doctoral fellowship) at the University of Pittsburgh. He then completed an ACGME-Accredited Fellowship in Clinical Informatics at the University of Washington.

Alongside his role as CMIO, Dr. Sadeghian serves as Clinical Student Support Advisor and co-director of the Office of Research and Grants at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Outside of his medical career, he has practiced photography for more than 15 years.</description>
