         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the Google highlighting tool, along with commenting, is the closest (free) tool we have right now to interacting with text on paper. Plus the added feature of pulling out highlighted portions and putting them into a table takes it to the Augmentation level of the SAMR model.</div>]]></description>
