         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are several causes why people feel stressed in Kuwait. The feeling of being under a lot of mental, emotional, or bodily strain is known as stress. The Ministry of health here in Kuwait says that having too much stress is a severe mental illness, and it should be treated in the right way. Therefore, as mentioned in the studies by the Ministry of health in Kuwait, stress takes the first place in mental illnesses in this country. The first reason is facing significant life changes. Such as moving to another house, getting married or divorced, having a new child, a new job, and many other reasons. These life changes and their small and big details can be full of stress for many people. However, not having any changes or activities is stressful as well. Staying at home all the time without doing any activities leads to overthinking; eventually, overthinking causes stress. The third reason is feeling under lots of pressure. As the studies say, there is more than one kind of pressure; external and internal pressure. Therefore, external pressure may come from your job, responsibilities, and financial difficulties. On the other hand, internal pressure stem from within you and how you handle your feelings, such as worrying about something and pushing yourself too hard. Second, take a cold shower after waking up.&nbsp; For example, taking a hot bath helps to relax and relax the muscles. Cold or lukewarm water helps stimulate blood circulation and revitalize the body. Also exercise and yoga in the morning.Therefore, you need to exercise and yoga, especially in the morning, to help you get rid of physical stress and restore your daily activity.
