1- The article is about how different parts of the world would make different decisions on who to sacrifice according to the culture.
2- Basically a person is playing God in deciding who is to live or die.
- How to determine whose life has more value
- How to allow a computer make the choice who is to live or die
3- Our position is against it for several reasons. You are leaving the chance of life in the hands of the machine. As a person we can make choices according to the situation. Depending on who programmed the chip the decision of who will live or die might not align with our beliefs and values.

Summary:

Letting machines decide who to save during a collision or accident.

Issues:
1. There is no right answer and no one size fits all globally - regarding decisions on who to save
2. Cultural biases in different countries - for example, some regions would rather save the old people than the children or prefer to save women over men

Our position:
We can't let a machine decide on who to save as it does not have a moral capacity to decide whose lives it should take which is still programmed by humans. We would rather make our decision and take the responsibility for our decisions (locus of control)
