Both meetings and plays need dark oftens for presentations, eliminating the cost of expensive window coverings in the sunroom,Certainly there needs better lighting, sound proofing walls, updating in the stage/meeting area.

The sunroom is the only sunny open space in the building. It speaks people to me. Leave it open without a wall to allow flexibility. Use the portable walls running East-West to divide it in two if needed so each group gets sun and light.

Replacing the floor with carpet limits rentals to any dancers. Could the floor be wood-like vinyl tile as I assume hardwood might be too expensive unless it's under the current tile.
