I have found some success using this tool that is similar to Kahoot. There is a new theme that is like playing the popular game Among Us. Kids ask every day if we can play again. It runs a report to let you know what students know and what they need more instruction on.

In Schoology, there is a feature called Student Completion that I have just learned to use. It puts a checkmark next to learning activities based on whether the student has completed them. It can also be set to require a minimum score on each activity.
