The BBC is known around the world for its magnificent shows and educational/news quality. This all comes back to them having a good mission statement to work from. The mission statement says exactly what they are there to do and how they want to do it.

I think it's a really clever and concise vision. It's inspiring and aspirational. It clearly focuses on innovation & technology which their products are known for. It also perfectly ties their ability to inspire consumers using professional athletes in their marketing and vision.
