Skin care is very important to me, and I’m sure you can say the same thing. Whenever I have a pimple or a small breakout I always feel sooooo insecure. To avoid these annoying little breakouts I follow a very simple skincare routine and use a few other tricks to avoid acne.

1.Make a Routine

Follow the same routine every day!!! My routine is very simple and anyone can follow it. When I wake up I rinse my face off with warm water and then put on moisturizer. Before I go to bed I wash my face with soap and warm water and moisturize.

2. Moisturize!!!

Moisturize!!! I’m serious moisturizing is so important. There are many benefits to moisturizing such as, preventing wrinkles and brightening your complexion. If you don’t moisturize then more skin problems will arise.

3.Drink Water
I’m sure you’ve heard this a thousand times before, but that’s because it’s so important. Drinking around 8 ½ cups of water a day helps your body and skin get rid of toxins.

4.Watch What You Eat

The food you eat can make a huge impact on your skin. First, stay away from sugary and high-fat foods these types of foods can cause acne (I know this from personal experience). Eating bad food can also cause wrinkles down the line.

I really hope these four tips help you become a healthier you!
