Though we are old we will still bear fruit and stay fresh and green if we live a righteous life. It must have been a long journey for you to reach where you are and you are so blessed now with children and grandchildren. And I'm sure your children and grandchildren are so appreciative of your handy skills and tools to solve the most unexpected situations.


May we not be discouraged by our weaknesses even as we advance in age for though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.

I know it can be tough to love and be in presence with the church due to physical tiredness, feeling behind, age gap, lack of sense of belonging...etc which can be the barriers for us to give our all to God and His people. So I'm encouraged by your presence and endurance with us. I hope that it's not merely because you have no where else to go or things to do but that you find this worthy of living for, as much as you have been empowered to live and love like Christ! I pray that although time is passing, body is fading but your concern and heartbeat for God would be refreshed day by day, causing you to change the old way and mindset that have followed you for years, for He has given you a new heart to know Him deeper and shape your mind to love the church better.
