But those that have struggled are working moms that have to either leave their jobs or move remote to attend to their children. Many women were focus to leave work  to be a teacher and full time moms. In this article it points out that the governmet can make a change in this issue. 
In this article in goes in depth about these issues.
Paid parental leave: Women are giving parental leave while most jobs  men are not giving the opportunity to have paid parental leave. Which doesn't give the parent the opportunity to be as involved.
Subsidized child care:  Affordable daycare for children. Daycare is not affordable for many Americans which leads them to leave their jobs to take care of their kids.

This video caught me attention for the message behind the video. It speaks about how much women have struggled throughout the pandemic. Many women speak about how they need a nudge in their life to have balance. This video allows to see the raw in life during a pandemic. 
One fact that caught my attention was "were losing women in the workplace".

The change can only began until the issue is seen as an issue. In this video it explains the Wage Gap  will not close until 2059. It also goes into depth about changes that can be changed by how employers do applications. 

I connect a lot to this issue, I currently work as a waitress and get paid $14 when my fellow coworkers get paid $3 more. In my eyes I see that all my coworker and I do the same amount of  work. I also see that all waitress are women and anyone working in the back are men.
