2. From the lesson, I learnt to make Ondeh-ondeh. I learnt to mix the flour and pandan juice well. This step is not easy as I must make sure that the mixture has no lumps.
3. The problem I faced during the lesson is that I was not able to be confident in making the food. I was so afraid that I might make mistakes that it take up alot of my time. As such my partner and I are not able to complete in time.

From this lesson i learnt how to make ondeh ondeh  this is first time that i'm cooking , i felt nervous and not confident as it is the first time that i'm cooking and i'm working with my classmate. Teamwork is important to me as i don't like people who doesn't have any patience at all. i feel like teamwork strengthens our bonding so as to bring as closer than ever.
Boiling the ondeh ondeh was difficult as my classmate had to wait for it to turn dark green.

For FCE lesson 2, I learnt how to make Ondeh-Ondeh. I also learnt how to cut the Gula Melaka using a knife. I am very certain that this was the hardest step of all as I had to ensure that the size of the gula melaka was just right when I cut it so that it will be the right size to be concealed by the dough.
My weakness while carrying out this lesson was when I was supposed to put the dough and gula melaka together because i also had to make sure the gula melaka didn't melt. I was lucky to have a partner as it made my job  easier. I hope that my partner and I will do a better job in the next cooking lesson

Once I knew the steps it was not very difficult to prepare it as I got a lot of help from my partner. I will try my best to cook in my next practical lessons. I learned that cooking is a hard skill . I also realized that team work was important and at first when we were making the Ondeh Ondeh we found it hard to mix the liquid into a dough as we added lesser amount of flour we could not make the dough after we found that we could not make the dough we asked help from Miss Norliati then only we knew that we did not add in enough flour then for the boiling part we did a mess. We could not roll it up into a ball so for the next lesson on wards I will check if I added everything correctly will pay attention to what task I have been given . I thought that Ondeh Ondeh was hard to make at the beginning. But once i knew the step it turn out not to be as hard to make as i thought.The guka malaka was hard and is difficult to cut in small pieces.
