They used their experiences and creativity to learn vignettes, a style of writing which makes use of vivid descriptions and detailing of the moments. They started working on creating their autobiographies with focus to their feelings and thoughts. Extraction of DNA from onion-process performed in the lab was a new learning experience for them. GRASP assessment was a highlight of the unit as the students played a role of a DNA forensic analyst and tried to solve a bank robbery case.
