- I'm in work at 9 pm and punch card

- then I go to housekeeping office to arrange items in the trolley and add stuff like towels, sheets, pillow cases, baths, shampoo, tea and coffees

After completing our arrangement of 3 other housekeeping organs then go to the listed room as a dirty room or have checked out to clean it

- on the second day I was taught how to put the bedspreads on the bed and how to keep them in the room

-we have completed five rooms on that day

After finishing our work on that day we then left the trolley in the storeroom behind the hotel

- and our last duty is to calculate the number of sheets, pillows, towels, bath mat and record the number in the book provided

- I started working at 10am
- then I go to housekeeping office to do the usual task of completing the necessary items in the trolly
- After completing our arrangement we check the booklet to make sure the room is neat, clean and orderly and complete all available
-then we went to the check-out room and dirty to clean the room like sweeping, mopping sure to make the item in the room complete
-then I was taught to clean the toilet like clean the dirty glass tumbler, clean the toilet, bathtub, shower and mirror, replace the dirty towel with a cleaner according to the standard, replace with new all the amenities used. put in accordance with the standards, clean the bathroom floor, make sure that no hair is left behind to properly place baths, to place towels and footwear in proper neat places. Cleaning the mirrors and making sure the items in the toilet are good to use
- on that day we have completed 4 rooms
-then I was asked to send the trolley in the store n counting the dirty stuff in the office

- I started work at 9 pm
- I was asked to take the trolley in the store n brought to the housekeeping office on the third floor of the apartment
- check the trolley and place the necessary items in the cart
-then I was taught by a supervisor to make a cool towel with perfume and water. Cool towels are used for guests who wish to check out and parked in the refrigerator at the reception. Cool towels are given to guests to wipe their faces in order to look fresh and comfortable
- then I dump the trash at the reception and in the office management and wash the public toilet located at the edge of the office management

-I started working in at 9 am
-then later I took the storehouse key to pick up the trolley and the list of rooms that needed to be cleaned at the front office
- then I refuse the trolley to the office housekeeping and provide the necessary items
-and then we check the rooms that have been booked by guests to ensure the neatly furnished and well-equipped rooms and clean up the dirty rooms
-we finished as many as 3 chambers of the day.
After that we clean the office housekeeping and calculate the stock

-I went to work at 10 am and started work by checking the items on the cart to go clean the room
- then I and other housekeeping start our job checking the clean room for the guest to enter and make sure the room is clean, tidy, orderly and without the damage done in the room
- After all our work is done, we pack up our office housekeeping to calculate stocks like toilet tray, tray coffee and so on.

- I went to work at 10 am
-on that day I was taught to how stripping the bed and making the bed from supervisor
-first stripping the bed like move if there is goods or clothing guest to place, after finished making restore to the starting position and then remove pillow case one by one then place pillow on table after that pull the dirty sheet one by one so that the items on the bed are not carried over the laundry and move all dirty linen to linen bag on trolley.

-I started my work by packing things in the cart to make sure all the items are complete like single bedsheet, double bedsheet, pillow case, bath mat, towel, tissue and soap.
- after that I was given an assignment with another housekeeping to do our work together
-we were asked to make a four-room dirty room and 2-room stay
-we start our job by cleaning the stay room
-the habit, our stay room just needs to throw away the rubbish, sweep the stay room and add a nice ape like tea, mineral water coffee, sugar and creamer and change the sheets and towels
-then after finishing our room stay we continued our task to clean the dirty room which was a check-out room
-We divide the tasks in which we need to clean I was assigned to clean the toilets and kitchens while a housekeeping sweeping, mopping and changing the sheets

 The ninth day i was organized to help my supervisor clean the penthouse at the resort
-penthouse has 3 rooms and 4 toilets each room has a toilet
-penthouse is very large  room at that resort and spacious and has a lot of antiques
- I am kindly requested to clean the toilet and make sure the items in the toilet are complete like soap, shampoo, tissue, hand towel, face towel, bath mat and towel.
After finishing the toilet I was asked to wipe the mirror and sweep the penthouse

The tenth day of my siep was assigned to clean the room stay according to the report prepared by the front office
-I started the task by tapping trolley to provide what is incomplete
-on that day i was required to make a room for 8 rooms
-before entering the room to be cleaned, first knocked the door three times
if there no answer at that rooms I starts to open the door slowly with the key that we have
-after entering the room, then immediately open the curtains followed by checking the room, remove dirt 
- and then I dump trash, sweep, change towel and bath mat and add tea, coffee, sugar and cream to the room as well as couch the guest

-Report myself at Samsuria beach resort and meet with En. Azmi general manager 
-worked as housekeeping

- go to office housekeeping to collect items and equipment items on the cart to make room.
-I help pack the room with housekeeping supervisor kak Hajar

-I was taught how to fold the towel properly and arrange it in the toilet properly, arrange toiletries, and then the activity I did was sweep the garbage and remove the garbage, pull out the sheets and pillowcases
-we can finish six dirty rooms including the arrival room.The guest rooms are reserved for guests. This arrival room will have to ensure this room is in a clean and tidy condition and the interior of the room is complete
-After completing all our duties, we deliver the cart to the store
-and our last duty is to go to office housekeeping to calculate the number and separate bed sheets, towels, bath mats, duvet cover and dirty pillows to be sent in the lobby for washing.
