Update on current administration's attempt to terminate all CHNV visas which impact people from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. It has been put on hold by a MA Federal Judge AND

CBP One has an app that allows people to schedule appointments to appear in immigration court. This document defines some of the lawful forms of presence that could help families understand how they can stay even if they received a message through the CBP One app that they must depart immediately.
