Thank you for the countless ways you have put students and families first throughout your career. Your kindness, compassion, and quiet acts of service have made a lasting difference in our community. I will never forget your willingness to personally deliver food to a family facing incredible hardship during a difficult immigration situation. That simple act spoke volumes about the kind of educator and person you are. Your heart has always been in the right place, and your students were fortunate to have someone who cared so deeply for their well-being.

You made coming to school every Friday fun with your music/dance party before school. Your Steelers fan spirit is so contagious that despite being a NE fan I bought Steelers gear to look as cool as you - though I’ve long ways to go to fill those big shoes! Your volunteer work stories during the summer with your family were inspirational. Your smile is kind and welcoming and you impacted every student that walked through those doors. Your warmth, welcoming spirit and kindness have always shown through, but what I remember most is sitting in both the drop off and pick up lines during Covid. Rain, snow, sub freezing temperatures: no matter the weather, you were keeping the kids safe with a smile on your face. We appreciate all you have done for the Holliston community. I’m especially proud of your technology growth over the years. Although, if we’re being honest, you probably wish ChatGPT had shown up about 20 years sooner and I might have a lot fewer gray hairs! It’s been fun watching you go from calling me for every tech question to becoming pretty tech-savvy yourself.

I’ll miss your leadership, your sense of humor, and seeing you every day. Thank you for being such a positive influence on our school and on me personally. I’ll continue to teach, lead, and support others using many of the lessons I’ve learned from your example.
