I am currently employed in Concentrix Bacolod at Barangay Mandalagan, Bacolod City. My job is to assist customers in placing an order online and over the phone, tracking lost shipments, processing refunds or replacement for orders not received over the phone and through chat.  My shift starts at 10:00 pm to 7:00 am and thankfully I still have enough time to sleep and prepare for the class. I am now applying for a Floor Support as well Quality Analyst since it's already peak season we will be hiring more agents and they need more support.
