         <description><![CDATA[<div>- should start with a place of betting people rather than tearing them down <br>- cancel culture has become a lot more prevalent and has become the norm rather than coming form a place of compassion <br>- conversation needs to happen with an open mind <br>- lots seemed obvious, but there were some disagreements<br>important for us as a group because we don't want to hurt each other, but be able to have difficult convos <br>- your approach always matters<br>- there will always be an uncomfortable feeling and we will deal with people who refuse to learn  <br>- not relevant to every situation<br>- thought that the article gave a bit too much credit to people that need to be called out  <br>- should not always be a priority to protect someone's feelings </div>]]></description>
