I made a tick tock with information all about me which included thing like my birthday, people in my family, my likes and dislikes, and what career I want to do
I think this went well because it made people in my course class get to know me a bit more and confidence in answering questions about the video
I would improve by putting more detail into my video and answers and also be so reluctant about standing in front of the class to present it

I came in for my enrolment and communicated with one of my tutors about why I wanted to take the travel and tourism course, my GCSE grades and if I was going to have a place on the course or not
I think it went well because I gained a place on the level two course however it could've went better if I passed my maths and went straight ion to level 3. Also I think it went well as I was confident in telling the person why I wanted to take the course and what I wanted to do

I participated in social responsibility and using teamwork and did litter picking around the Honeywell campus this helps the honey well environment as it comes cleaner. I collected a full bag of rubbish which shows to my peers to care about the environment

i used communication in my tutorial lesson when we had a member of staff in big red college come and talk to us about the seriousness of drugs. as a class we discussed what we know about drugs and then he warned us about how it can affects us. I now know where to go if anyone is struggling.

In tutorial we took part in a drug awareness lesson so we could understand what happens and the impact of drugs.
I think it was useful because it shows us how to look out for being spiked on a night out as well as the effects it can have on people.

I pick people online orders starting at 6am and orders must be picked for 3pm. Orders get packed with high quality products neatly in trays ready for the rime they are being delivered or picked up at. being thorough also went well so customers get the best experience out of there online shopping experience I would change being shy and not myself at the beginning of working there as I was nervous and in a new environment.

Help organise meeting, files, time schedules. helping organise things went well because it made other staff members days easier and things because a lot more professional, as well as gaining customer service experience by dealing with customer request and complaints. Only thing I would change is being older so having more experience to work there.
