         <description><![CDATA[<div>I haven't posted since I first created this Padlet because I have been overwhelmed between working full-time and taking three classes this semester. <br><br>However, I have been working towards finding some stress management techniques to try throughout the semester.<br><br>At this point, I have been practicing deep breathing. I was hoping to do this first when I wake up,  however I have been doing in at particularly stressful times in the day.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is definitely something to be said for getting away for a few days! I was fortunate to spend some time with a friend in Daytona Beach in September. It was just what I needed...sunshine, warm temps, beautiful sandy beaches, and the calming sound from waves!!<br><br>I returned home with renewed purpose to work towards achieving the goals I have set for myself!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have read a bit that affirmations can have a positive effect on personal wellness. Since my journey is improving stress management skills I thought that I would use this affirmation for the remainder of this week. I will read it aloud to myself and gauge the effect it has on me. If I experience a positive feeling, I will find some more to use.</div>]]></description>
