         <title> In my opinion it is important to develop healthy eating habits, because if you try to do this,  after a few weeks you will be more beautiful and healthy. As for me every day I drink a lot of water and eat some fruit such as apples and bananas. Also I have breakfast before going to school. I think, that if you want to be more beautiful and healthy, you should follow some very important rules. 1. Every day you should eat a lot of fruits. 2. You should drink about 1.5-2 liters of water a day. It is  very important! 3. Have breakfast before going to school. 4. You should eat only healthy food. I would recommend you never give up. Just follow these rules and then you will succeed! </title>

But <strong>I</strong> try to follow a few rules to eat healthy. I love chocolate very much but it is unhelthy, so <strong>I</strong> replace milk chocolate with dark chokolate. I also try to drink a lot of water with lemon as it is very healthy.          <title>In my opinion, you need to eat right, but you can not always follow the food. If you eat right, you&#39;ll be fine. Many allow you to eat sweet instead of healthy vegetables. I only eat healthy. Yes, sometimes I let myself eat sweets. So, to eat properly, you need to: eat vegetables, chicken, drink water and juices, try to eat low-fat food and not drink carbonated drinks. And fruits need to be eaten, because they contain vitamins useful for the body. I hope people think about the right food and eat right. :)</title>
