         <description><![CDATA[<div>Harvesting the meeting!<br>1. We will meet and greet! I think there a few new people for this meeting that I would love to meet and know more about!<br>2. Planning a collaborative game that we should all be able to play from our phones, hopefully it works out! This should set the mode of the meeting!<br>3. We will talk about different kind of conversations in mentoring.<br>4. We will share our experience of giving captions to the pictures and its use for mentoring conversations or as a support to initiating difficult conversations.<br>5. A short sharing on what we learned about giving suggestions and initiating thoughts and ideas from the mentee during the conversations, from the examples in the research paper.<br>6. Feedback on the activities and quick twitter mode of sharing the take way points from the meeting.<br>7. How is everyone journalling and consolidating their learning? Ideas and recommendations from the team!</div>]]></description>
