Hi there everyone I'm Larry Jones and my eyes have been waiting on the page for this course to begin. In terms of myself I'm always open to starting another chapter in life and I certainly hope that this will be a great one. Of course I'm also fully focused on getting a wonderful grade in this class and successfully learning for my own future. I'm quite the quiet person though most people expect me to be a librarian, but that's just the way I am. Overall I'm very excited for this class and i hope that everyone else is as well, do your best and succeed for yourself and for your future.

i enjoyed this introduction to theory's of management. I knew most of the material already due to its basic nature but it was fun

It also really shows that every part of life is a part of management in some way. The example provided was a family planning a vacation and the complexities of it.

social responsibility is certainly an important factor to learn when attempting to become a good manager. I personally enjoyed this lesson because it let me be more self reflective.

Its even more important to understand societal ethics and what you as a manager can do within ethical boundaries so i feel this is the most important lesson in the module

Global organization's are simply massive, and they need to be in order to achieve the goal of pushing themselves towards a full world of people. So understanding how to work within organizations with a very detailed command structure and hierarchy is important

This module seems to go back down to a more grounded level focusing on planning and decison making that can be scaled to any size of company or organization.
