Everyday Rafa usually works on the computer, reads emails and writinges some proyjects.

Some days he comes to Zamora to eat whitsh his paragliding friends.

In the evenings, he is going to flyies, when the condictiions are good.

After that, then he comes back for dinner, or goes out for a walk.

In the morning, she wakes up at quarter to seven. Immediately after that, she gets up. After she has a shower, and when she finishes, she gets addressed. At 7 o’clock she has breakfast: a cup of coffee with some toast. Ana always goes to work at quarter to 8 and at 8 o’clock she gets to work.

In the afternoon, she has lunch with a cup of coffee too, at half past twelve. From 5 o’clock to half past six, Ana goes to the gym. At seven o’clock, she comes home and makes dinner. After that, she watches TV.

In the At night, most days Ana goes to bed between twelve and half past twelve. That's the end of a very long day.

In the afternoon, She obtener often has sonwme Llunch at 2 whith mey. She lunes has vegetarian food and she always drinks Coke and at lunchtime. From 3 to 4 she has a siesta, and she goles Backstreet to work.

When they come home at around nine p.m, Tthey have dinner and after getting conmfortable, Tthey sit down to watches TV. (es plural) At half past ten he goes to bed.

Then he goes to bed he and sleeps for seven hours. That's the end of his day.

She is a widow and lives alone.

Rarerly she rarely changes her routine, except on birthdays , weddings or similar things...

Everyday, she wakes up at about at 8 o clock and 30 minutes later ,she gets up , . inmmediately after that,she has a shower and gets dressed.

About at 9.30 am ,she has breakfast, : milk with her medicine and some fruit with some biscuits.

Later, she does homework ,and at noon, she leaves home for shopping and some food.

In the afternoon, She has lunch at 2 am, and later, she likes napping for 1 hour more or less.

In the evening, About six pm, she leaves home again for a walk with her Ffriends ,and about at 9 pm, she caomes back home and she makes lunch ( vegetables, some fish or meat), while she is watching on the TV, her favourite show that day .

She usually goes to bed at 23 o, clock, she likes listening to the radio, until she falls asleep , she sleeps for 8 hours normally , . I think she is happy with her life.
