This includes collaborative planning, team teaching, modelling, peer observation and generally learning from each other.

    This applies to teachers and ANAs, including both learning from each other.

    We have ANAs working in all our classes, as well as high levels of support teaching and integration from our Autism classes. Openness to respectful, collaborative ways of working and communication is a requirement.

    We respect all school staff members and each role (teachers, ANAs, secretary, bus escort, bus driver, Principal, Deputy Principal, AP2) as vital components in each child achieving their potential.
