Since seeing a medium  is a service, I believe the flaw in this website is motivation for money. The flaw in this video is lack of evidence. At the beginning of the video, Dr. Phils producers show clips of when the medium proves to be wrong making the medium seem fake for fans and viewers. Talking to a medium is a service that people often pay a lot of money for. For skeptics, this is a perfect example of why they think mediums are fake and just want your money.
