We only explored 20 percent of the ocean. Billions are spent on space and we are just burning resources that we took time to find and create. We could spend resources on exploring the ocean and the rest of our planet except other planets already. We are just wasting billions of dollars and I'm 100% sure we could use the ocean exploration way more than the space exploration.
