*Mixing grade levels based on reading and math levels.  For example, a first-grade student could move to second-grade for that guided reading and math instruction.

*We have a step-by-step process.  First, teachers submit a student's name via a google form.  Data is pulled for that student and that student is sent to the interventionists.  The interventionist then pulls to provide intervention and progress monitor.  If there are red flags in the process, that student could/would be pushed forward quicker.  The struggle for us was getting the right people in the intervention role with the teacher/educator shortage.
*We have a team that meets to discuss the student(s).  As a team, we discuss the interventions the teacher has tried or will try and what progress monitoring data will be collected before the next meeting.
