You can choose any situation as your theme, and do the role play as if you are in the situation from the card that you choose. 
Keep in mind that you have to record the video and upload your video assignment in Youtube, and submit your video Youtube's link here by clicking icon"+" to add the new post for submission. 
However, you only have 5 minutes long for the duration of your video, so make sure that your video is not too long or too short. Pay attention with your language expression, fluency, accuracy, and how you structure your video.
